Medicare and medicaid work goes to Porter Novelli article

So, Porter Novelli, a PR agency, was given a $6 million contract to campaign (started Sept. 2) on behalf of the 2009 Medicare Open Enrollment season. I got that their main goal is to "develop and implement awareness." The two part campaign will focus on subsidies for low income persons and another to lead towards the open enrollment session in November and December. I thought this was an interesting article because neither one of my grandparents have any type of insurance and it would be great to inform them about the open enrollment. GreaT!
